Boston reminisces about her childhood, "It was a common place to go and cool off on those hot days when we were playing tennis. We'd pop down to the Little Blue after our singles, have a dip, and then go back and play doubles in the afternoon."

Lewis expresses his admiration for the lake's allure, "I went down on the January long weekend last year when it was really hot and I counted about 500 people. I felt so proud and so happy for our community that we've got one of Australia's most fabulous waterholes."
